In line with the guidelines set by NHS England From Wednesday 1st October 2025 we are encouraging all patients to use the online patient triage system.
This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.
We really think it is easier for most patients to do rather than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist, it will also enable us to book more on the day appointments for those that have a clinical need. We will assess and direct you to the right healthcare professional or signpost you to the appropriate service.
We ask that patients complete a form online via our website Home • Broadhurst Street Medical Practice or the NHS app.
The service will be available during surgery opening hours.
If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone, you can call reception instead.
